Fall Foliage Soap

Add a little fall flair to your bathroom sinks with these fall soaps. You can use these same instructions to embed any kind of silk leaves or flowers for other seasons or occasions.

Supply List
  • Clear soap base
  • Small silk leaves
  • Soap dye (if desired)
  • Soap fragrance (if desired)
    •

    Equipment List
  • Double boiler (or a Microwave)
  • Soap mold
  • Knife or grater to cut soap
  • Toothpick
    •

    Instructions
    1. Follow the melting instructions for basic pour and melt soap.
    2. Once melted, remove from heat and add dye and fragrance and stir well.
    3. Pour the soap mixture into your mold.
    4. Carefully place the leaves one at a time into the mold with the soap. Use a toothpick to move them around to the desired positions.
    5. Allow the soap to fully cool and remove from the mold.
